Who I Help

I primarily work with men seeking healing from trauma, emotional disconnection, and a desire to grow in strength, identity, and faith.

I also work with women and older adolescents who are drawn to a thoughtful, trauma-informed approach that respects both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of healing.

While my work has a particular focus on men’s experiences, I welcome clients of different backgrounds who feel aligned with this approach.
